Keeping our commitment to the community and our patient’s health includes doing home visits. Both our Residents and Community nurses are out in the community doing home visits and making a difference for our patients.

Community Holiday Party – 2018

Our staff and residents brought warmth and Holiday cheer to neighborhood kids and families at the Family Care Center. The residents and staff provided decorations for the kids to add to the tree. The kids enjoyed decorating Cookies, and each child found a new home for a plush toy. Thanks to all of our residents and staff for bringing smiles and Holiday cheer to our community.

Planting Day At the Family Care Center

This year’s planting of our vegetable garden was a great success. We had a great turn out of children from our partner schools who got a change to dig in the dirt and plant vegetables.
