2019-2020 Stipend

1st year – $60,900 2nd year – $61,980 3rd year – $63,070

An additional $1,500 is also given to help defray expenses for fees such as licensing, DEA, exams, and text books. This is paid in two $750 installments, one on the December 31 paycheck and one of the June 30 paycheck.

Loan Repayment Plan:

All Saints sponsors a loan repayment program, which will match the resident’s contribution of up to $1,000 annually.


All residents receive three weeks of vacation annually.

Moving Expenses:

A one-time reimbursement of up to $1,250 for moves in excess of 50 miles and $625 for moves from 25-49 miles.

Educational Funds:

One-week paid educational leave per year. A $1,000 stipend is provided annually for each resident to be used for educational purposes.

Sick Leave:

Ten days per year, which may be accumulated from year to year.

Family Leave:

Maternal/Paternal leave of absence is available. Parenting elective rotation available.

Health Insurance:

Medical and dental coverage is available for a nominal monthly fee.

This policy is provided at no cost.
